We have served the Danube River Cruises for many years providing 24h immediate house call service of premium quality. Every Doctor of our team is fluent in English and ready at all times to make a visit to your ship. On average the doctor on duty will arrive within one hour after call. The exact time depends on the current call volume and traffic situation. Our aim is for our patients to feel as secure and comfortable as they would with their own family doctor. We will spend all time necessary to provide professional examination, diagnosis and treatment with compassion and understanding. Upon completion the patient receives a medical report and a receipt in English which can be used for any insurance purposes. We are contracted Allianz Insurance partner with direct billing. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Additionally we offer services like admission to local hospitals, fit to fly certifications, delivery of lost medication, dental care and more.
